Install AMG

Installation guide

Before you install: Uninstall any other tools that perform the same functions. Installing them together can cause conflicts.

Add the AMG repository

  1. After jailbreaking, open Cydia from the Home Screen. Home Screen with an arrow pointing to the Cydia icon
  2. Tap Sources at the bottom. Cydia Home with the Sources tab marked
  3. Tap Edit in the upper-right corner. Sources list with the Edit button marked
  4. Tap Add in the upper-left corner. Sources in edit mode with the Add button marked
  5. Enter http://apt.amgapp.cn and tap Add Source. Cydia address dialog with http://apt.amgapp.cn and the Add Source button
  6. Wait for Cydia to refresh its sources. If it stalls, tap Cancel. Updating Sources screen with a progress bar and Cancel button
  7. When the refresh finishes, tap Return to Cydia. Completed source refresh with the Return to Cydia button marked

Install the plugin

  1. Open AMG Official Repository in Sources. Sources list with the AMG Official Repository row marked
  2. Open AMG Privacy Protection. Repository sections with AMG Privacy Protection marked
  3. Find AMG and choose Install. AMG package details with Install in the upper-right corner
  4. Wait for installation to finish, then tap Restart SpringBoard. AMG installation complete with the Restart SpringBoard button
  5. Look for the AMG icon on the Home Screen. Home Screen with the AMG icon next to Cydia
