User Service Agreement

Welcome to AMG Privacy Protection. To use its services, you must read and comply with this agreement. Read each term carefully, especially terms that exclude or limit liability, terms governing jurisdiction and applicable law, and separate agreements for particular services. Restrictions and exclusions may be highlighted in bold or underlined.

You may use the services only after reading and accepting all terms. By using them, you are deemed to have read and agreed to be bound by the agreement. If you are under 18, read it with your legal guardian and pay particular attention to the terms for minors.

1. Scope

1.1 This is an agreement between you and AMG Privacy Protection about your use of its related services. “AMG Privacy Protection” or “AMG” refers to the software team and any affiliates that operate related services. “User” means a person using these services and is generally addressed as “you”.

1.2 The services covered here are the products and services that AMG provides to users, collectively referred to as the “Service”.

1.3 The agreement includes the software disclaimer. Particular services may have separate agreements or business rules. Once formally published, these form an integral part of the agreement and also apply to you. Accepting any such rule or separate agreement constitutes acceptance of the entire agreement.

2. Jailbreaking and device safety

Using AMG may require you to jailbreak your device first. Jailbreaking is a prerequisite for normal use. AMG assumes no responsibility for hardware or software damage or other losses, including financial losses, resulting from jailbreaking. Jailbreaking is your own action. You assume responsibility for unknown losses before proceeding and may then use the relevant AMG services.

3. Personal information

3.1 Protecting users' personal information is a basic principle of AMG. AMG collects, uses, stores, and shares your personal information in accordance with this agreement and its Privacy Policy. Where the terms conflict or the agreement leaves an issue unspecified, the Privacy Policy applies.

3.2 When registering an account or using the Service, you may need to supply necessary information. Where national laws and regulations impose special requirements, you must provide authentic identity information. Incomplete information may prevent or limit use of the Service.

3.3 You can generally view and change information you have submitted. For security or identity verification, such as an account appeal, you may be unable to change initial registration details or other verification information.

3.4 AMG uses security technologies, procedures, and management measures to protect personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.

3.5 AMG does not transfer or disclose personal information to unaffiliated third parties except as required by laws and regulations or reasonable requests from courts or government agencies, to complete a merger, division, acquisition, or asset transfer, or when needed to provide a service you requested.

3.6 AMG places particular importance on protecting minors' personal information. If you are under 18, obtain written consent from your parent or legal guardian before using the Service.

4. Use of the Service

4.1 Unless you and AMG agree otherwise, the Service is for your personal, noncommercial use.

4.2 Use the Service through methods provided or approved by AMG. Your rights under this agreement are nontransferable.

4.3 Do not use unauthorized add-ons or third-party tools to disrupt, damage, modify, or otherwise affect the Service.

5. Service provided as available

The Service is provided as is, subject to existing technology and conditions. AMG makes every effort to deliver a continuous and secure service, but cannot foresee or prevent all legal, technical, or other risks. Force majeure, viruses, Trojans, attacks, unstable systems, problems with third-party services, government action, and similar causes can result in interruptions, data loss, and other losses or risks.

6. Your equipment and costs

6.1 You must supply the equipment you need, such as a computer, phone, or other terminal, and pay the associated costs, such as phone and internet charges.

6.2 You agree that use of the Service consumes device resources and network bandwidth.

7. Advertising

7.1 AMG or third-party advertisers may send commercial or noncommercial advertisements, promotions, or publicity while providing the Service. The methods and scope can change without specific notice to you.

7.2 AMG may offer controls for turning off advertisements. You may not block or filter them by methods that are neither expressly permitted by this agreement nor authorized in writing by AMG.

7.3 AMG performs its duties toward advertisers under the law. You must assess the accuracy of advertisements and take responsibility for your judgment. Except where the law expressly provides otherwise, AMG is not liable for losses from transactions based on advertising or material supplied by advertisers.

7.4 Assess the accuracy and reliability of advertisements in the Service carefully. Except where the law expressly provides otherwise, you are responsible for transactions based on them.

8. Paid services

8.1 Some services are paid. If you use them, follow the applicable agreements.

8.2 AMG may change prices or payment methods as needed, or begin charging for a previously free service. AMG will post notice on the relevant service page before doing so. Stop using the service if you do not agree to the changes or charges.

9. Third-party products and services

When using a third-party product or service on the AMG platform, you must comply with both this agreement and that third party's user agreement. AMG and the third party each bear responsibility for disputes to the extent provided by law and their agreements.

10. Software-based services

10.1 You may need to download software to use the Service. AMG grants you a personal, nontransferable, nonexclusive license to use it solely to access or use the Service.

10.2 AMG may update its software to improve usability, maintain security, and keep features consistent. Update to the latest version. Otherwise, AMG does not guarantee normal operation.

10.3 AMG may offer different versions for different devices. Install the appropriate version from AMG's website or an authorized third party. AMG cannot guarantee that a copy or a similarly named installer from an unauthorized source will work and is not liable for resulting losses.

  1. Remove copyright information from the software or its copies.
  2. Reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, or otherwise attempt to discover its source code.
  3. Use, rent, lend, copy, modify, link to, repost, compile, publish, or mirror material over which AMG holds intellectual property rights.
  4. Copy, modify, add, delete, hook into, or create derivatives of the software, data it places in device memory, data exchanged between client and server, or system data necessary to run it. This includes connecting to the software and its systems with unauthorized add-ons, tools, or services.
  5. Add, remove, or alter functions or effects by changing or forging software instructions or data, or operate or distribute methods or software for those purposes, whether commercial or not.
  6. Log in to or use the software or Service through third-party software, add-ons, or systems that AMG has not developed or authorized, or create, publish, or distribute such software, add-ons, or systems.

12.3 If AMG discovers or receives a report of material that violates this section, it may make an independent determination and remove, block, or unlink it by technical means. Depending on the conduct, AMG may suspend or terminate services, restrict, freeze, or terminate account use, or pursue legal responsibility.

12.4 You are independently responsible for harm to third parties caused by your breach. You must also compensate AMG for resulting losses.

14.2 That material must come from a lawful source. You must own it or have authorization from the rights holder.

14.3 AMG may use the material you send or distribute to fulfill the agreement or provide the Service.

14.4 If a rights holder alleges that your material infringes their rights, AMG may make an independent determination and remove, block, or unlink it.

14.5 Do not violate national laws and regulations or infringe others' rights. If you file or receive an infringement complaint, AMG may share the relevant parties' identities, contact details, complaint information, and other necessary details with the parties or competent departments to resolve the dispute and protect lawful rights.

15.1 Force majeure and other risks can interrupt the Service. Force majeure means objective events that cannot be foreseen, overcome, or avoided and have a significant effect on one or both parties. Examples include floods, earthquakes, epidemics, storms, war, unrest, and government action. AMG will work promptly with relevant organizations to restore service. AMG is not liable for resulting losses to the extent permitted by law.

15.3 Online information and other users' conduct can create risks. AMG takes no responsibility for the truth, suitability, or lawfulness of information, or for harm caused by infringement. These risks include anonymous or impersonated messages that are threatening, defamatory, offensive, or unlawful, deception or misleading conduct resulting or potentially resulting in mental, physical, or financial harm, and other risks from online information or user conduct.

15.4 The Service was not designed for critical purposes such as nuclear facilities, military use, medical facilities, or transportation and communications. AMG bears no legal responsibility for injury, death, property loss, or environmental damage if software or service failures affect such operations.

15.5 AMG's right to handle unlawful material under this agreement creates no obligation or promise. AMG cannot guarantee prompt detection or action.

15.6 Treat online requests for loans, passwords, or anything involving property with caution. Verify the other person's identity before any transaction involving property, and pay attention to AMG's fraud prevention notices.

16. Effective date and changes

16.1 Using the Service means you have read and accepted the agreement.
